Malta’s national team leaves today on its way to France where it will be taking part in the Mediterranean Cup tournament.

The team consists of players Arthur Desira, Gordon Stanmore, Chris Busuttil and Paul Sammut. They will be accompanied by team manager Paul Sciberras and the association’s general secretary Noel Gauci.

Taking part in the tournament will be France, Malta, Italy, Cyprus, Gibraltar, Greece and, through a special concession, Bulgaria.
