Local participants in the Intertoto Cup next month will be facing Mostar Zrinjski of Bosnia-Herzegovina.

If Sliema and Birkirkara win the weekend semi-finals, then Marsaxlokk join Sliema in the UEFA Cup and Hibs will play in the Intertoto Cup.

If Hibs want to play in the UEFA Cup, their only hope is to win the Trophy. And this also applies to Floriana who have to win the competition if they are to play in the UEFA Cup.
