The Mall Gardens in Floriana are an important recreational zone for Floriana residents and visitors and the Resources and Infrastructure Ministry is committed to improve the infrastructural and aesthetic ambience of these gardens, Minister Ninu Zammit said.

During a visit to the to gardens, he said the first phase of work on the Mall consisted of the installation of an illumination system for the monuments in the garden. The second and third phases will cover the restoration of some of the monuments, paving and installation of street furniture.
