Visitors to Valletta Waterfront have until this coming Sunday to enjoy “History in Scale”, the annual exhibition of the Malta Society For Scale Modelers. The event, showcasing, an impressive selection of carefully crafted scale models including military aircraft, armoured vehicles, ships, figurines and civil vehicles, also features animators dressed in the clothes and military uniforms of the eras to which the models refer.

“The Model Expo highlights the great skill of Maltese modelers who dedicate many long hours to research, construct and paint their models. These are works of art which also educate visitors about life in years gone by. This year’s event, which is also marking our organisation’s 25th anniversary, has already attracted hundreds of visitors who have not only enjoyed the workmanship but also the animation,” said Mr Joseph Farrugia from the Malta Society For Scale Modelers.
