The Malta Shipyards Sports and Social Club is organising the 17th Malta Shipyards Singers’ Contest in aid of the Ir-Razzett tal-Hbiberija (A Park of Friendship).

The contest will be held in the grounds of the Ir-Razzett tal-Hbiberija, Marsascala, on Saturday, 15 July at 7.30pm.

The contest is open to Maltese singers and the music and lyrics of the songs have to be by Maltese authors and composers. Trophies will awarded to the singers who come first, second and third in each of the five categories: aged between five and seven; aged eight and nine; aged 10 and 11; aged 12 to 14 and aged 15 and over.
