Maintenance works will be carried out along Selmun Hill, Mellieha on Wednesday 19 and Thursday 20 July between 5am and 5pm, the Malta Transport Authority said. To this end, the following traffic management scheme is being implemented:

From Mellieha towards St Paul's Bay:

Vehicular traffic from Mellieha (Triq Louis Wettinger, Triq l-Izbark tal-Francizi, Triq il-Kbira and Triq Selmun) in the direction towards St Paul's Bay will be diverted towards Mizieb, which is being turned into a one-way street temporarily, Ghajn Tuffieha, Triq San Pawl/Dawret San Pawl.

Public transport and heavy vehicles will not be affected.

From St Paul's Bay towards Mellieha:

Vehicular traffic including heavy vehicles and public transport coming from St Paul's Bay (Dawret il-Mellieha and Triq San Pawl) and also from Ghajn Tuffieha will flow unaffected through Xatt il-Pawles up to Selmun Hill.

Traffic from San Martin area and Ghajn Tuffieha will flow through Xatt il-Pwales then to Mellieha.
