The Annual General Meeting of the Malta Football Association for the Year 2006 will be held today at 9.30am at The Centenary Hall, Centenary Stadium, Ta’ Qali, with the following agenda:

i.Verification of the composition of the Meeting and of the Delegates entitled to vote

ii.Approval of the Minutes of the last Annual General Meeting held on the 30th July 2005

iii.Approval of the Report of Activities of the Association (Administrative Report) for the year 2005/2006

iv.Approval of the Audited Accounts and Balance Sheet of the Association (Financial Report) for the year 2005/2006

v.Election of the Ordinary Members of the Executive Committee for the year 2006/2007

vi.Election of the External Auditor of the Association for the year 2006/2007

vii.Additions and/or alterations to the MFA Statute

viii.Motions.

The candidates nominated to fill the eleven ordinary seats on the Executive Committee for the year 2006/2007 are the following:
