With the modern commercial sector likely to face further competition in the next five years, industry experts feel that the demand for trained manpower is fundamental. It is a known fact that getting trained manpower is a major concern for the industry.

Keeping this growing need in mind, the Chamber for Small and Medium Enterprises, together with the Malta Institute of Management, has announced a series of courses that are meant to equip manpower with skills to handle frontline jobs at the entry level as well as various middle and top management positions.

The first courses will be in professional retailing skills, income tax for property developers, business planning workshops and certificate in business management
