Sirens returned to winning ways so as to enter into the Knock-Out draw on a somewhat positive morale. The St. Paul's Bay side beat San Giljan with a seven-goal margin. The win materialised mostly in the second and fourth sessions and led by Jonathan Valletta, who grabbed a double hat-trick of goals. Seven other of his team-mates managed to score a goal in their final 2006 league game.

The Saints, having coach Guzi Attard suspended, had the lead three times in the first session with Sirens equalising shortly afterwards.

Marsaxlokk ended their league campaign with their third seasonal win - a deserved victory over modest Otters.

The southerners' win started materialising in the second session after the Gozitans had managed to stay at par up to 4-4. However four consecutive goals opened a healthy lead for Marsaxlokk and from then on, they kept their opponents at a distance even though Otters did manage to find the net five times in the last two sessions.

Stefan Grech and Marton Toth snatched ahat-trick each while Sergey Frolov had a poker even though he missed a penalty (just like team mate Pisani did) in the last minutes,
