Malta will be taking part in an Under 17 International Youth Football Tournament which is being held in Chios Islands, Greece, from 2 to 6 September.

The teams taking part in this tournament are Chios, Georgia, Greece and Malta.

Malta will meet the three other teams in this order:

Greece v Malta – on Saturday at 6.30pm; Malta v Georgia Sunday 3 September at 6.30pm and Chios v Malta on Tuesday 5 September at 6.30pm.

The group of players under coach Oliver Spiteri will be the following:

Goalkeepers: Daniel Balzan, Paul Camilleri (Tarxien R.), Michael Incorvaja (Sliema W.).

Defenders: Owen Bugeja (Floriana), Carl Camilleri (Pieta H), Paul Kane Farrugia (Sliema W.), Keith Fenech (Birkirkara), Ismael Grech (Mosta), Merlin Mifsud (Mgarr), Jonathan Xerri (Hibernians), Clint Zammit (Birkirkara).

Midfielders: Nathan Busuttil (Pieta H.), Miguel Ciantar (Sliema W.), Leighton Grech (Hibernians), Chris Mckay (Pieta H.), Rowen Muscat (Birkirkara), Randall Refalo (Hibernians).
