Sparkling performances backed by five goals in three matches during September earned the Msida St Joseph forward Ibrahim Babatunde, the BOV Player of the Month.

This lanky striker has played a vital role in spearheading Msida’s bright start to the season which sees them among the front-runners in the title race.

Babatunde’s pace and dexterity on either flank and his eye for goal are fast becoming the weapons which every Premier team is envious of.

Msida will no doubt stand to benefit from the qualities of this Nigerian player. Given that he maintains this streak of excellent form, the team will be a good bet to maintain their title-challenging stance come next April.
