Global Finance Magazine presented Bank of Valletta with the Best Bank award for 2006. The award was presented by Joseph D. Giarraputo, publisher and president of Global Finance, to Charles Borg, executive head at the CEO’s Office of Bank of Valletta, during the awards ceremony held at the world famous Shangri-La Hotel in Singapore.

Present for the awards ceremony were top executives from the winning banks from all over the world. In all, Global Finance’s editorial team identified the best banks in 109 countries, including Malta. All these banks are featured in the October 2006 issue of Global Finance Magazine.
