Local extreme metal powerhouse Slit will be hitting the stage this Saturday at Poxx Bar, Paceville.

This is their second local appearance since the release of their second full-length album Ode To Silence released worldwide last September by Anticulture Records.

The band returns from over a month and a half gigging around the UK, Scotland, Wales and Ireland with renowned names such as Red Harvest, Susperia, Man Must Die, Tangaroa and more. There have been reviews on several prestigious magazines. UK’s Metal Hammer stated that “Slit are unfeasibly intense and technically outstanding” awarding an 8/10 review, while Hard’n’Heavy in France crowned the band as the “Next Big Thing”.
