A 34-year-old man was accused yesterday of trafficking and being in possession of heroin on 15 April and eight months before.
John Mary Axiak from Zabbar was also charged with being in possession of heroin which was found in circumstances denoting it was not for his personal use.
Mr Axiak was also charged with relapsing.
Dr Franco Debono and Dr Charmaine Cherrett appeared for the accused.
