This Christmas the 30 Equal participants have turned to waste like textiles and “jablo” to create an original life-size crib which has been set up in the vicinity of the Maghtab landfill entrance. It is fitting indeed that WasteServ has organised this crib as well as Christmas trees decorated with items made from recycled waste near the Maghtab village for all passers-by to see. WasteServ is also sponsoring the Christmas light decorations in the village. The Equal project, an EU-funded community project being implemented by WasteServ Malta Ltd, aims to support socially disadvantaged people.
