Natasha & Charlene’s Echoes of Gaia has been chosen as the theme song by the United Nations’ “GenevaWorld”.

Recently, Natasha & Charlene received another award for this song when it was included in the international exhibition “191”, which is touring all the 191 United Nations member States, including Malta. Paintings made by children from all over the world with the theme “Children’s view of the world” are included in this exhibition.

The exhibition shows how hundreds of children, using the universal language of drawings, express a thirst for peace, security and recognition through testimonies obtained in the field and outside traditional circuits.

Natasha & Charlene’s Echoes of Gaia is played for visitors to this exhibition. Visitors are asked to express their views of the world keeping in mind the lyrics of the song to guide them.

Natasha & Charlene won the jury vote at the Malta Song for Europe 2006 with Echoes of Gaia. They also won an International Song Contest held in Belgium and placed fourth at the OGAE Second Chance 2006 with the same song.

Deo Grech and Natasha Grima wrote Echoes of Gaia to the music by Charlene Grima.
