Go Mobile customer wins cruise for two to Scandinavia

It was certainly a fabulous start to the new year for go mobile customer Mary Gauci, when she received a phone call from go mobile to inform her that she was the winner of company’s grand Christmas competition.

As a thank you to all pre-paid customers, go mobile offered all those who topped up their account with a minimum of Lm5 or over between 8 December and 1 January the chance to win an all-inclusive cruise for two to Scandinavia aboard the luxurious Sea Princess.

“Go mobile believes in giving something back to its customers and there’s no better time than Christmas! This grand lottery was very well-received by a number of go mobile customers. During the same period, a total of Lm5,000 worth of talk-time was also given back in credit to go mobile pre-paid customers as with every Lm5, Lm10 or Lm20 they automatically took part in a ‘get your credit back’ competition,” go mobile marketing manager Albert Gouder said.

Mrs Gauci’s was the lucky winning number picked by the automatic computer system – after being asked to answer a skilled question correctly, she was confirmed as the winner. The lady will be departing on this luxury cruise in July of this year.

The prize, which is worth Lm1,500, includes all flights, transfers and taxes.

“This came as a complete surprise to me and I thank go mobile for making 2007 a memorable one. I look forward to enjoying myself aboard the Sea Princess and to discover the beauties of Scandinavia,” Mrs Gauci said.

Mrs Gauci and her husband will be able to discover a number of beautiful tourist destinations, including Amsterdam and Norway, boasting breathtaking scenery. Excursions covering all tastes – from the cultural to the adventurous – will also be offered to the couple.

“Thomas Smith is very happy to associate itself with go mobile on this occasion and we look forward to other such collaborations in the future,” Thomas Smith group general manager Dennis Galea said.
