A delegation from the General Workers’ Union’s professionals, finance and services section has visited HSBC’s new call centre in Swatar.
The aim behind the visit was to get to know better the work carried out by the employees there and the latest technology used by the bank.
The GWU delegation comprised Salv Cachia, Cory Greenland and Noel Bartolo.
