Dial-it Call Centre achieves CSQM Certification

Maltacom’s call centre subsidiary Telepage Ltd as operator of Dial-it Call Centre has achieved CSQM Certification, the first Maltese company to achieve this certification after a rigorous audit of their customer service function.

“We were impressed by the level of customer service function at Dial-it’s operation which exceeded our minimum criteria in some areas. The operation is well managed and clearly focused on delivering a delightful experience to its corporate clients,” commented Joe Meilak, the managing director of CSQM International Ltd when presenting the Certification to Antoine P. Portelli, CEO of Telepage Ltd.

CSQM Certification is a propriety customer service function designed as an off-the-shelf customer service standard based on international best practices successfully used in various countries around the world like Carnival, Ritz-Carlton, Avis, British Airways, Singapore Airlines, Telewest UK, UBS, Port of Singapore, IKEA, B&Q, The Economist, Banque du Geneve, Argos, Knight Frank Int'l, Disney Resorts, NetJets, Bridgestone, Coldwell Banker, Shiseido, CarPhone Warehouse, Via Michelin and others.

Dial-it is a 330-seat strong call centre offering both local and international call centre outsourcing facilities. The company is now fully focused on its customer call centre business and is expanding operations in the next few months to meet the demand for its services in this highly competitive market.
