Carmel Aquilina, who held ticket 245975, won a Plasma 42” television set donated by Forestals Ltd in the fund-raising lottery organised by Charles Poulton of Poulton’s Print Shop Ltd.

The annual lottery was this year in aid of The Daniel Delicata Memorial Association.

It was drawn at Poulton’s Print Shop offices in Qormi last Friday in the presence of two officials from the Lotteries and Gaming Authority, as well as Mrs Maria Delicata, co-founder of the association.

The second prize, two nights on bed and breakfast basis at the Radisson Golden Sands Resort and Spa, donated by the Island Hotels Group, was won by Nadia Bonavia, with ticket 037927.

The three other prizes were: two airline return tickets to either London or Paris, donated by M. Demajo Group of Companies and Poulton’s Print Shop Ltd, won by Marco Tanti (083251); one year’s membership in martial arts donated by Masters of Martial Arts, Malta Samurai Federation, won by S. Azzopardi (059951) and, fifth prize, a silver frame donated by Vascas, won by M. Micallef with ticket 180174.

The presentation of prizes will be held in the near future.
