Following the appointment of Colliers International as property managers, Balkan Property Investments, a Dhalia-led consortium of Maltese investors, have also agreed to engage Vector Management International as project managers of the Balkan Jewel – a residential development in the idyllic Razlog Valley, near the ski resort of Bansko in Bulgaria.

Commenting on this appointment, Dhalia’s chairman and CEO, Franco Valletta observed that “the engagement of a professional company life vector would ensure The Balkan Jewel would be completed on time, to specification and budget.
“Vector’s wealth of experience would bring along the highest standard of building practices as well as the selection of the most suitable contractor for the job.”
The Balkan Jewel will comprise 160 studio, one- and two-bedroom apartments and will be constructed on a 7,500 square-metre site.
This residential development will be located at the foot of the Pirin Mountains overlooking an 18-hole Ian Woosnam-designed golf course. Amenities will include a café, a fitness centre, a children’s play area, an outdoor swimming pool and underground parking facilities.
