The president toured Dun Guzepp Xerri Primary School and Sacred Heart School. He showed his appreciation at the schools’ work of developing children’s talents and creativity. President Fenech Adami said schools are the first place where children begin building relations in society.

While visiting the Sacred Heart School he praised the nuns who run it for dedicating their lives to academic teaching and inculcating Catholic values that form part of the Maltese identity

The president also called on the Institute of Tourism Studies where he was treated to a Maltese luncheon by the students who are undergoing training to enter the tourism industry.

In the evening, the president met NGOs of St Julian’s at the Millennium Chapel.
