Leading entertainment management consultants M & E Management Group have teamed up with the Grand Hotel Mercure San Antonio of Qawra in order to give the hotel’s patrons a night out to remember with a difference – with the right combination of music and cuisine.

On Friday, the San Antonio’s kitchen brigade will be offering a unique fusion of Italian and Caribbean cuisine by means of an extensive buffet featuring the culinary delights of our neighbouring country together with exotic South American recipes made specifically for this one-off event.

On the entertainment side, this theme night will again feature an elaborate fusion of Italo-Brazilian song and dance specifically arranged by renowned Italian Maestro Natale Sinatra. Born in Paterno’, Mro Sinatra has performed throughout Italy and represented his country as music ambassador to the extensive Italian community of the United States and Canada.

He has performed on Italian state television on a number of occasions and has also performed in countries as diverse as Japan, Thailand and Dubai.

Mro Sinatra will be flanked by Italian singer Cinzia, who will be performing a number of Italian hits, from the 1960s to contemporary pop songs, and by the international Brazilian singer Iris de Carneiro, who will be performing popular salsa, Caribbean and South American music. The band will be performing live throughout the theme night.
