Live at Luxol will stage the European number one tribute band for the Red Hot Chili Peppers on Saturday at midnight in an event which is sponsored by Cisk Export and Budweiser. Admission is free of charge.
Back in early 2004, four Leicestershire men formed what is today one of the most accurate tribute bands on the market, an unmistakable tribute to the superb live band, the Red Hot Chili Peppers.
The Red Mock Chili Peppers, as they are known in UK, not only sound like the original, but they look, act and perform true to the current members of the original Red Hot Chili Peppers: Anthony Kiedis, Flea, John Frusciante and Chad Smith.
The Red Hot Chili Peppers have been, and continue to be one of the foremost live rock-and-roll bands of the past two decades. Their musical and writing ability is unquestioned; having written hit after hit including 16 UK top-40 hits and their popularity is just as high as when they started over 24 years ago.
The Red Mock Chili Peppers perform the most popular hits with superb musicianship and have the raw talent and sheer determination to make their act the definitive tribute to the Red Hot Chili Peppers. On Saturday they will perform some of the best hits, including Under the Bridge, Californication, Aeroplane, Love Rollercoaster, Knock Me Down and Purple Stain, among many others.
