Four employees of Malta International Airport filed a writ against the chairman of the company in court yesterday, in connection with salary arrears they are claiming.

The writ was filed by Arthur Vassallo, Joseph Micallef, Carmen Jones and Nazzareno Zarb.

The four employees are claiming back-dated pay from 2004 as a result of a retroactive

collective agreement signed in March 2005. They are also claiming NI stamp contributions and gratuities.

Dr Anglu Farrugia and legal procurator Nadine Farrugia signed the writ.
