On 24 April the European Commission has launched a public consultation exercise regarding the Draft Remedies Notice affecting Community merger law enforcement.

In this respect the Office for Fair Competition within the Ministry for Competitiveness and Communications wishes to invite interested parties to submit their opinions on the above mentioned draft Remedies Notice.
