Dar Pirotta, a residential home for disabled people run by the Church, will be officially opened by President Eddie Fenech Adami in the presence of Archbishop Mgr Pawl Cremona, OP on Friday.
The home, in St Helen Square, Birkirkara, was bequeathed for this scope by the late Canon J. Pirotta. The home director is Fr Charles Abela, the Archbishop’s representative on the Pastoral Commission for People with a Disability.
A “feast of love” will be held the following day at St Helen’s Basilica at 6.30pm, followed by an evening of entertainment at 7.30pm.
