At the graduation and prize-giving ceremony held recently at the lecture hall of the School of Art.
Joseph M. Micallef congratulated prizewinners and diploma holders and thanked the teaching staff, guests and ex-students.
The School of Art is holding an open day on Sunday 1 July from 9.30am to 2pm, where the public will have the opportunity to visit the studios where evening courses are held in drawing and painting, life classes, 3D work in plasticine, plaster and clay, sculpture in wood and stone, print making, gold and silversmith and gilding. Artistic Creativity courses are also held in the morning.
For the second year, the school is holding art courses during the summer. The courses will consist of 14 lessons (two lessons per week on Tuesday and Thursday) during July, August and September.
