The Helping Hands Foundation Malta continued to build on its past successes with the presentation of another cheque to the Dar tal-Providenza of Siggiewi for the amount of Lm13,500. The money was collected through the sales of the 11th issue of its Family Magazine over a period of just 10 weeks during the past three months.

This donation brings the total amount contributed to different charities and organizations in Malta to over Lm145,000. It is also the second time that Dar tal-Providenza is benefiting from this innovative fund-raising scheme as a further Lm19,000 were presented to Mgr Lawrence Gatt, Director of the Homes, in 2006, from the sales of another similar booklet.

Presently the HHF Marketing team is promoting the 12th issue of its Family Magazine, this time for YMCA Homeless of Valletta, and the campaign is moving very positively.
