During the evenings of 4, 5 and 6 July the public is invited to the Malta Society of Arts, Manufactures and Commerce at Palazzo De La Salle, 219 Republic Street, Valletta, where 33 artists will be selling their work from various stands in the Palazzo’s courtyard. Members of the public can just come along and choose from the many paintings, drawings and sculptures on display and take it home with them. If need be they can haggle with the artists and perhaps get a bargain they had never dreamed of. The public will also have the opportunity to meet the artists and discuss the work on show with them. The art sale will be open from 6.30 to 9pm. Entrance is free.
