In an interview with Gaby Soutar, she said her idea of a perfect Sunday was going for a five-mile run, first thing, near where she lives in Devon, with a friend. “Then I’d have a fantastic, late, long breakfast of fruit salad, scrambled eggs, bacon, croissants, fresh home-made juice and coffee. I’d spend the rest of the day at the beach until the sun goes down, as long as it’s not raining. And then, if there’s time, a roast dinner or barbecue with friends.”
