A man has pleaded not guilty to heroin trafficking as well as heroin and cannabis possession on 19 April 2004 and the months before.
Kevin Spiteri, 29, from Birkirkara, denied heroin
trafficking, possession of heroin found in circumstances denoting it was not for his personal use and cannabis possession.
Dr Jose Herrera and Dr Veronique Dalli appeared for the accused.
