A brand new health loan scheme designed to help customers cover costs related to selected cosmetic interventions has been launched by HSBC Malta. The new Health Loan Plan is a comprehensive package that will enable customers to finance cosmetic surgery carried out at St James Hospital and Clinics in Sliema and Zabbar, and at Transforma Clinic in Attard.
The HSBC Health Loan Plan is a comprehensive package aimed at making available personal loan facilities at very advantageous terms to customers requiring funds to finance cosmetic operations. It will also be possible for clients to direct enquiries and requests for credit to HSBC on site from St James or Transforma.
“These personal loan facilities are intended to make customers feel comfortable to apply for credit,” said HSBC Malta’s Head of Personal Financial Services, Godfrey Swain, “especially since enquiries for credit can be made directly on site, and a reply to the loan request is given instantly or within a very short time. This is clearly a first on the island.”
The Health Loan Plan is a Flexicredit loan with a minimum amount of Lm500 and a maximum of Lm10,000. The plan carries a substantial discount on the standard interest rate. Furthermore, Flexicredit loans over Lm3,000 under the plan may be repaid over six years as opposed to the standard five-year term. Loans are subject to branch final approval.
