Two men and a 15-year-old boy were accused yesterday of duplicating and circulating pirate products.
Martin Cachia, 48, and 21-year-old Gilmore Cachia, both from Pembroke, and a teenager from Blata l-Bajda, were charged with duplicating CDs and circulating them. They were also charged with relapsing. The teenager alone was further accused of breaching a probation order.
Police Inspector Joseph Cordina prosecuted while Dr Roberto Montalto appeared for the accused.
