MonteKristo Gardens will open its doors to host The Malta International Summer Festival 2007 which will be partly held in aid of Razzett tal-Hbiberija. Three days of music for different tastes will once again bring together a crowd of rock and dance enthusiasts who will move to the tunes of world-famous stars.

The Summer Festival will kick off on 13 August where Frenzy Mono will support 70s original acts Slade and The Sweet. Both bands are happy to have been invited to Malta and have promised to give their best to the enthusiasts attending.

Slade reached stardom thanks to tracks such as Mama We’re All Crazy, Come on feel the noise, and My Oh My while The Sweet’s Block Buster, Love is Like Oxygen and Hell Raiser marked the rocking 70s. It will certainly be a night to remember.

Day two of the festival will feature Swedish DJs Steve Angello and Sebastian Ingrosso supported by local talent Mahoney, DJ Jeff, Steevy Vee, Mike S and Moose. Day three will once again rock MonteKristo Gardens with three great tribute bands, Queen, Cold Place and U2. All three nights will kick off at 9pm.

Tickets are available for sale from Razzett tal-Hbiberija reception at Lm15 (EUR 34.94) for a three-day block ticket and Lm8.50 (EUR19.80) for a one-day ticket.

The event is being organised by Poli Music Promotions and Classic Rock Promotions. Ticket hotlines: 7952-5280/9945-6217.
