The Malta Financial Services Authority, has resolved, on regulatory grounds, to cancel the investment services licence of Montaigne Investment (Malta) Ltd, in terms of its powers under Article 7(1) of the Investment Services Act, 1994.
The company is therefore no longer authorised to provide any investment services within the meaning of the Act.
