Two French Teens plead guilty to theft

Two French teenagers were yesterday conditionally discharged for 15 months having pleaded guilty to stealing over Lm100 worth of personal belongings.

The two boys, who cannot be named as they are still minors, pleaded guilty to stealing over Lm100 worth of personal belongings from fellow French students at St Martin’s College in Msida on 8 August.

The court, having noted that the accused returned all the stolen items, conditionally discharged the youths for 15 months. Police Inspector Romina Veneziani prosecuted.
