Dhalia’s Gozo office, together with Balkan Property Investments – a Dhalia-led consortium of Maltese investors, are to launch the Balkan Jewel project in Gozo. The launch will consist of an exhibition of the project with the participation of Dhalia property managers, who will be available to give free consultations about the project. The exhibition is being held on Monday, 20 August between 6.30 and 10.30pm at the newly refurbished Calypso Hotel in Marsalforn.

Spread over 7,500 square metres of land, the Balkan Jewel comprises 160 apartments, and includes various amenities such as a restaurant, an outdoor swimming pool, a mini

market, a gym, sauna and steam room, a children’s play area and underground parking facilities. This residential development is situated in the idyllic Razlog Valley, near the ski resort of Bansko in Bulgaria.

To ensure that all construction and finishing deadlines are kept, Balkan Property Investments have appointed Vector Management International, who will see the project through to completion.
