The Crimsonwing Group has recently acquired a part of a UK-based company, Peracto Solutions Ltd that offers Microsoft Dynamics ERP solutions to the media and publishing sector. Peracto Solutions Ltd is an independent IT solutions provider specialising in finance and business management; security and messaging and managed service solutions. Peracto Solutions Ltd provide a significant portfolio of integrated end-to-end finance and business applications, and services which are designed to help organisations reduce their costs and complexities while increasing productivity and ease of management.

The Crimsonwing Microsoft Dynamics part of the business will be managed by Jaap Schram De Jong, who is one of the co-founders of Peracto Solutions. Jaap brings with him a wealth of experience that will further develop the Microsoft Dynamics business unit within the Crimsonwing Group.
