HSBC Malta has launched HSBC Group’s next-generation website fused with customer’s internet banking accounts. The HSBC public website, designed in collaboration with Alert Communications, is fused with an upgraded internet banking system for Personal and Business customers, new facilities for customers, personalised client notifications and increased security through the use of a log-on device.
Thanks to this upgrade, more frequent developments and additions to online services will be available on the bank’s website in the coming weeks.
The project involved extensive technical work by five teams from HSBC Malta who were assisted by HSBC Group in the UK, India and Vancouver, Canada.
