A 31-year-old man pleaded not guilty to living off the earnings of prostitution of a minor and drug trafficking.
Brian Fenech, from Marsascala, pleaded not guilty to the charges brought against him that included encouraging a minor to prostitute herself as well as trafficking in cocaine, ecstasy and cannabis on 21 January.
Police Inspectors Dennis Theuma and Raymond Aquilina prosecuted while Dr José Herrera and Dr Veronique Dalli appeared for the accused.
