Vodafone Music Jam Club is once again coming up with another offer for its members. The new album by Scream Daisy, which is being sold from all Vodafone Retail Outlets and all local music shops, is being offered at the reduced price of Lm5 (EUR11.65) instead of the retail Lm6 (EUR13.98) price to all Vodafone Music Jam Club members.

The songs from the new album are also available for downloading from Vodafone live! for customers who have a 3G phone.

The long awaited second album by Scream Daisy, which has just been released, is self titled and comes five years after their best selling album “In Case of Emergency”.

The new CD contains a collection of 11 new songs and includes the band’s most recent radio singles Bees and Pretty. The songs in this collection present a departure from the familiar pop-rock style that is usually associated with Scream Daisy. Instead the band has developed a sound that is oriented towards alternative indie rock. This change has been well received and Scream Daisy’s latest single have placed in the top positions of local charts with Bees taking the #1 spot on Bay Radio’s top 40.

Once again Scream Daisy joined up with local producer David Vella at Temple Studios in Mistra to produce and record the album. Mr Vella produced Scream Daisy’s first release and has been collaborating with the band since recording their first single Room 7 in 1999. Local artist Steven Scicluna created the original artwork for the CD.
