Service from a number of Maltapost letterboxes in Malta and Gozo has been suspended temporarily, as indicated hereunder:

Letter-box in Merchants Street, Valletta, opposite the former General Post Office – inaccessible as a result of road works. Service to resume in late November.

• Letter-box at Lascaris Wharf, Valletta, near Customs House – repair works to letterbox. Resumption of service to be announced on completion of works.

• Letter-box at Bajada Street, corner with Labour Road, Zabbar – repair work to damaged lock. Service to resume shortly.

• Letter-box in Simar Street, Qala, Gozo – dangerous access to letterbox as a result of demolition works. Resumption of service to be announced on completion of demolition works.

The cooperation of the public in using other letter-boxes temporarily is greatly appreciated. Maltapost apologises for this inconvenience.
