Two people filed a judicial protest against the Malta Transport Authority (ADT) Roads Directorate, the Attard Local Council as well as Alfred Schembri and Sons Limited after one of the protesters had a road accident, which he held was caused because of their negligence.
Christian Muscat, 28, and Claire Said, 32, filed a judicial protest after the man had an accident with the woman's motorcycle at Mdina Road, Attard on 3 November 2006.
Mr Muscat and Ms Said alleged that the accident occurred because of a pole that was not removed along with a centre strip that had already been removed.
The pole was left in front of a recently built roundabout. The two also protested against the lack of signs and lighting around the site.
Mr Muscat and Ms Said also protested against the four entities which did not accept the responsibility of the accident and blamed each other.
The writ was signed by Dr Edward Gatt.
