Malta Independent Thursday, 29 November 2007, 00:00 Last update: about 13 years ago

Following the major accomplishment achieved by Frank Salt Real Estate earlier this September through the receipt of three prestigious International Property Awards, including Best Estate Agents in Malta 2007, the Company has also been nominated as Best International Real Estate Agency 2007 Worldwide. Only five real estate agents received such nomination out of all 56 countries participating.

The presentation of these awards was held last week during a Gala Dinner at the world-renowned Bellagio Hotel in Las Vegas, USA. The ceremony was attended by the Company’s Chairman Frank Salt, Managing Director Joseph Lupi, Director Grahame Salt and Senior Manager George Vassallo.

The top award went to Leonardis Collins Luxury Homes in Australia. In his presentation speech, the Managing Director of the International property Awards, Stuart Shields praised the level of professionalism of the five companies, stating that for the five companies to reach this level is an overwhelming success.

Frank Salt Real Estate, who won the award as Best Estate Agent in Malta for the third consecutive year, was nominated from amongst participants coming from 56 countries, some of whom are giants in the industry, enjoying wide international repute.

The other four companies nominated for the International Award came from the United Kingdom, Australia, Dubai and the Canary Islands. Entries are judged on levels of professionalism of the company and its employees, its track record, marketing strategies followed and customer care service level. The other two awards handed to the Company last September were in fact for Best Estate Agents Marketing 2007 (5 Star) and Best Website (4 Star). Asked as to what he attributes this outstanding success, Managing Director Joseph Lupi said “there are a number of factors, particularly the level of professionalism and ethical conduct by which we carry out our business. Since its inception, 38 years ago, Frank Salt Real Estate have always put the interest of the client first and I believe that it is this that makes us stand out.”

Mr Lupi added “considering who we are competing with on an international level, it makes us extremely proud not only as a company but also as Maltese. This is a first for Malta and I do not believe that it can get better than this.”

During their stay in Las Vegas the Directors of the Company also attended the National Association of Realtors Conference and Expo which coincided with the award presentation, held between the 13 and 14 November, an event which attracts over 30,000 real estate agents from all over the world
