A motorist was yesterday ordered to pay Lm10,249 in compensation to another man who suffered disabilities as a result of a traffic collision.
Adrian John Schembri suffered disabilities and had to stop working after being involved in a collision with Mario Mifsud in July 1999. Mifsud was found to be at fault and was ordered to pay Lm10,249 in compensation to Mr Schembri.
