This year Popeye and his friends have made an extra effort to surprise all those who visit their village this Christmas. They have transformed the Rough House into a magical Christmas theme. A large number of Christmas trees lead the way to Malta’s biggest ever crib.

This traditional crib is set in an area of 66 square metres and although it is not mechanical, it features original ideas such as a fishing village, a stone quarry, a waterfall, market stalls and much more.

Santa’s Toytown now covering over 1000 square metres with over 200 animated elves in 11 different sections is open this Christmas. In this town one can discover how old and modern toys are made, how the elves live throughout the year, how they relax and keep fit and much much more. After viewing all these different houses and sections, one can meet Santa Claus himself and the young ones get a lovely present.

Apart from al this, Popeye, Olive and Captain Bluto have made two 15 minute comedy feature films. They have installed a large “Carrera” slot car racing track and a Wii Gaming console with large screen for the enjoyment of the whole family for free. Every hour various shows by our Animation Team are being held along with other activities and crafts such as balloon modeling, Christmas decorations, carol singing etc. Adults can also sample our house wine made at our winery as well as see how silver filigree is made. All children will be given 2 tokens which they can use in our Fun Park.

The opening hours are as follows: 01.12.07 – 20.12.07: 9.30am – 5pm, Public Holidays, Sundays and from 21.12.07 – 06.01.08: 9.30 am – 8pm.

Entrance to fun park is free (tokens can be bought to go on rides)
