Two Romanians were found to be in possession of stolen goods late on Monday night, police said.

The men were stopped at St George’s Bay after police received reports that two men were acting suspiciously.

When the police stopped the men, they found one of them in possession of a stereo. The police checked the parked cars in the area and found that a car had been forced open and its stereo was missing. Another car in the area was found to have been damaged, and some of the car’s items were found in possession of one of the Romanians.

The police then searched their residence and found many suspicious items, including tools, mobile phones, and another stereo.

The men are being held under arrest.

Police investigations are still under way.
