Marlene Cassar from Valletta and John Abdilla from Birzebbuga are the first two winners of the weekly soft drinks promotion launched for the new year by Simonds Farsons Cisk. Mrs Cassar and Mr Abdilla won the handsome prize of a shopping voucher, each worth e2008. They can redeem the voucher at any retail outlet in Malta or Gozo.

Consumers are asked to send four labels from any of Farsons new range of 2 litre or 1.5 litre packaging, namely Kinnie, Diet Kinnie, Kinnie Zest, Pepsi, Diet Pepsi, Pepsi Max, 7 Up, Diet 7 Up, and Mirinda by post, together with their name, address and telephone number. The envelope should be addressed to Farsons Soft Drinks Promotion, PO Box 67, Birkirkara.

“This is the first of many promotions scheduled for the new year 2008. Farsons is giving consumers a chance to win one of the eight fantastic vouchers worth e2008 every Friday,” said Ivan Filletti, Marketing Manager at Simonds Farsons Cisk plc. The first draw was held on 11 January, and the last one will be on 29 February 2008.

Besides the weekly e2008 prize fund in vouchers, customers will also have the possibility of winning, also on a weekly basis, 10 consolation prizes consisting of e50 vouchers, to be exchanged for Farsons soft drinks.

The closing date for receipt of entries will be the day preceding each draw. Only entries received during the week of the draw will be eligible to participate in that week's draw. Those who would like to participate in all the lotteries must send in a new entry every week. This promotion is monitored and controlled by the Lotteries and Gaming Authority, license number DPL 98/07.
