GO Plus Offers broadband internet via Blueskies

GO has teamed up with the strategic partners of the Blueskies Government scheme and in the coming days will be stepping up its marketing campaign and making huge efforts to reach out to those families in the Maltese community who still do not have broadband Internet at home. All households with no Broadband service are eligible to this scheme and can benefit from Broadband Internet for E3 a month for a year.

The scope of GO’s drive in this direction is to enhance Malta’s Information Society. At the same time, the broadband initiative encourages more locals to discover the world of the Internet giving them an opportunity to enjoy the outstanding benefits and advantages of the internet from the comfort of their homes.

“We are committed to encouraging as many local non-Broadband Internet users as possible to take advantage of Government’s Blueskies scheme and convincing them to join up with those who already have hands-on experience of the Internet, its unique value and unlimited benefits,” said Gordon Dimech, Director for GO Plus Residential Segment.

“Households without broadband Internet are encouraged to subscribe to GO Plus Broadband Internet via the Blueskies scheme and benefit from GO’s Internet service with exceptional speed and ease of use. All this is being offered for a full year at a very affordable price of E3/LM1.29 per month. Blueskies members who opt for a GO Plus broadband Internet subscription will also have the added advantage of availing themselves of GO’s 24/7 customer support and 3 months of Free Anti Virus,” he added.

When choosing Go Plus Broadband as your internet provider, customer will benefit from the fastest broadband speed in the market, with download speeds of 2Mbps and upload speeds of 512kbps, a download limit of 12GB, 4 email accounts and 100MB storage. And that’s not all GO is also offering Anti Virus free for 3 months to all New Broadband Customers ,

Eligible applicants to the scheme will receive a special voucher by post. GO advises successful candidates to grasp the opportunity and become members of GO’s ever-growing broadband Internet family. For the convenience of all customers, during the period 4 February – 7 March, GO Plus outlets in Valletta, Birkirkara, Balzan and Gozo will be open all day from 8.30am to 7pm, Monday to Friday, from 9am to 1pm on Saturday and at the concept store in Birkirkara also on Sunday from 9am to 1pm. Due to Carnival festivities, the Valletta outlet will remain open to 2pm on 4, 5 and 6 February.

The Blueskies scheme is available to households without broadband Internet. Registrations will be received on Saturday 26th January at Merchant Street Valletta from 9am to 1pm hours and registrations in Gozo will be received on Sunday 27th January from 10am to 1pm hours at the Ministry for Gozo, St Francis Square.
